Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Plus) Certification, Spring 2025

$1,285.00

This course is a continuation for students who have taken our Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification Course and picks up where our Yellow Belt course has left off. Students will learn to apply the core methodologies of Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Model (D.M.A.I.C.). This course requires students to work with detailed Value Stream Maps and identify areas of waste, with an in-depth look at the sources of defects and the associated quality issues. Students will apply Lean Six Sigma tools - including statistical analysis - to reduce sources of waste, and then again to verify the effectiveness of their solutions. This course emphasizes interactive simulations, small group interaction, and a comprehensive real-world project in order to gain the distinction of Certified Green Belt. Course includes On-Demand modules, Live virtual training, a Virtual Project, and a certification exam. Optional Certification Project is available if needed, and can be purchased in the Solomon Store under Instructor Led Training. *Prerequisite: Solomon Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification Course.

Delivery: Digital Training Modules + Live Virtual Instructor Led Training (ILT) + Virtual Project Simulation. Statistical software is required for this course, and is included in the price.

*Modules will become accessible to the student on the day of the course orientation, and the student will be trained on how to log into the Solomon e-Learning platform. Students will be expected to attend all of the following Live Virtual Instructor Led Training sessions:
