Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Full) Certification, Spring 2024
This course requires students to work with detailed Value Stream Maps and identify areas of waste, with an in-depth look at the sources of defects and the associated quality issues. Students will apply Lean Six Sigma tools - including statistical analysis - to reduce sources of waste, and then again to verify the effectiveness of their solutions. This course emphasizes interactive simulations, small group interaction, and a comprehensive real-world project in order to gain the distinction of Certified Green Belt. Course includes On-Demand modules, Live virtual training, a Virtual Project, and a certification exam. Optional Certification Project is available if needed, and can be purchased in the Solomon Store under Instructor Led Training.
Delivery: Digital Training Modules + Live Virtual Instructor Led Training (ILT) + Virtual Project Simulation. Statistical software is required for this course, and is included in the price.
*Modules will become accessible to the student on the day of the course orientation, and the student will be trained on how to log into the Solomon e-Learning platform. Students will be expected to attend all of the following Live Virtual Instructor Led Training sessions:
